Fractional ControllerWhat a form on this site keeps

What we collect when you write, what it is for, and how to have it removed.

Who holds it

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. This note is dated 24 October 2026, and any later change will carry its own date.

What you type

A form keeps the fields you fill in, which are your name, a phone number, your answer to the page's question and an email address if you add one. Ticking the YES box records that you want us to reply. A hidden field catches automated junk, and nothing in it is used to identify you.

The booking page shows a Microsoft Bookings calendar only after you tap to open it, and a time is reserved only when you pick one.

What the pages note on their own

Each visit may be noted with two random identifiers kept in your browser, one that lasts and one that ends with the tab, plus the referring page and any campaign tags on your link. The note stays with us and tells us which pages are useful. If your browser sends Do Not Track, no note is made.

These pages carry no advertising pixel and no outside analytics. The service that delivers them keeps ordinary request logs for security, and a Cloudflare check on each form keeps automated submissions out.

Why it is kept, and for how long

We keep a note to answer you, to prepare for the call you asked for and to start the work if you engage us. We never sell personal information or pass it on for advertising, and no automated system decides anything about you.

We hold a note while we answer it, and longer only when an engagement and its records need it. Through any form or the chat you can ask what we hold, have it corrected or have it deleted.
